I'm an engaging instructional designer, eLearning developer, and learning experience designer with experience designing innovative training solutions for diverse audiences. I'm highly skilled in eLearning implementation, educational technology, differentiated instruction, and leadership development.
HOW I DO IT
I use a variety of instructional design models such as ADDIE, Action Mapping, and the Backwards Design. In addition, I use Agile methodologies to create clear and measurable objectives, develop assessments, utilize QA check-ins, and evaluate effectiveness. Along with those skill sets, I utilize my expertise in graphic design, branding, and photography to craft learning solutions for organizations based on goals and audiences while collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) for accurate, quality learning and development content.
SOFTWARE I USE
I have a special focus on creating and developing effective eLearning with tools including Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and other programs such as Audacity and Canva.
WHY I LOVE IT
This field combines many of my passions while utilizing my strengths. I'm a creative person who loves empowering others through learning. I love using the latest technology to build engaging and memorable learning experiences.
