I’m an instructional designer with 10 years of experience in Learning & Development. I’ve held roles in the retail, air transportation, and education industries. Initiatives I've worked on include enterprise-wide compliance programs, new hire onboarding programs, DEI offerings, and employee and leadership development learning solutions.
My passions for innovation, aesthetics, and making an impact drive my work. Additionally, my diverse experiences, combined with my optimistic and strategic mindset, enable me to view multiple perspectives when creating and implementing meaningful, detailed, and relatable content.
I thrive when working with others and contributing to solution-oriented teams to empower people through learning.
When I am not working, you can find me reading on the front porch, cooking, watching an F1 Race, attempting a new craft, online shopping for home decor, or spending quality time with my family and friends.
